I have watched a lot of these! Forks Over Knives is very educational and interesting to watch. Do you ever watch vegan YouTubers? I particularly like Unnatural Vegan and Shawn & Emily. They are more realistic vegans instead of the crazy dieter ones that don't care about animal ethics.
